Divemaster
- Intensive program – in 1 month
For one month, you follow a complete, structured and intensive training program.
Every day, you dive, practice, study theory and support the team.
It is a full immersion that allows you to progress quickly and obtain your Divemaster level in a minimum amount of time.
The intensive program is designed for highly motivated people who are available full time
and want to obtain their Divemaster in the shortest possible time, while maintaining a high
level of quality and hands-on practice.
The program includes:
Complete Divemaster theory
You work on the theory modules every day.
Practical sessions in open water
Every day, you take part in guided dives with the team, where you learn how to:
- Guide certified divers
- Assist instructors with Open Water, Advanced and Rescue courses
- Manage entries and exits, water entry and surface supervision
- Read the conditions: current, visibility, depth
- Assess different diver profiles (beginners, stressed, experienced…)
Life on board and dive center logistics
Even in the intensive program, you discover how a real dive center operates:
- Equipment organization
- Cylinder preparation
- Support with tank filling
- Tidying and light maintenance
- Boat safety
- Preparation before and after the dives
Internship duration:
Minimum 1 month

Divemaster Internship
November to April
- In-depth learning
You do much more than just follow courses: you dive, observe, practice, help and accompany divers.
You take the time to absorb skills, techniques and the management of real-life situations. - Hands-on experience in a dive center
For several months, you are part of the team. You learn logistics, equipment preparation, welcoming divers, planning trips, boat management…
Everything a real Divemaster needs to master. - Natural progression and confidence underwater
With time and repetition, you gain comfort, fluidity and confidence.
You become able to supervise, assist and manage different types of divers calmly and professionally.
- Opportunity to join the pro community
A long-term internship allows you to build connections in the diving world: instructors, dive centers, other trainees.
These contacts can open doors to work as a Divemaster anywhere in the world. - Human and cultural experience
Living for several months in a dive destination also means sharing the daily life of a team, meeting people from all over the world and fully enjoying life underwater… and on land!
The program includes:
Theory: Physics and physiology of diving, dive tables and computers, risk management, group supervision, commercial aspects of the profession.
Practice in confined and open water: Development of water skills, mastery of underwater navigation, demonstration of skills for student divers.
Field experience: Assisting instructors, organizing dives, briefing and debriefing divers, managing emergencies.
- Gaining experience in the maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Gaining experience in the operation of compressors
Internship duration:
Minimum 3 months, up to 5 months

Annual Divemaster membership: 90 US$
